As I get older, I appreciate more and more the need to slow down, enjoy a good book and just be. And these days, instead of ending my day with a large glass of wine :-} I’ve created an evening ritual that includes warm water, half a lemon, the best honey I can find and a dash of Himalayan salt. And putting it in a really amazing mug makes it feel really special. Give it a try ❤️
